Admissions

Bridges Public Charter School is a free public school open to all District of Columbia residents. Non-residents can apply and attend the school for a fee.

The application deadline for the lottery for the 2010 - 2011 school year is April 15, 2010. Applications for the lottery are accepted starting January 1st each school year. Applications received after April 15 will be put on a waiting list. Bridge's lottery will be held on April 30, 2010.

The lottery for the 2010-2011 school year will be held at Bridges Public Charter School at 11:00 am on Friday, April 30, 2010.

During each school year, as spaces become available, Bridges enrolls students from our waiting list.

• Thursday, June 17th, 2010 from 9:30-10:30 am
• Thursday, July 8th, 2010 from 9:30-10:30 am

Eligibility

Bridges is an inclusive preschool and pre-Kindergarten program for children ages 3-5 years old. You are eligible to apply if:

• You reside in the District of Columbia.
• Your child is eligible to attend preschool if they will be 3 years old by December 31st.
• Your child is eligible to attend pre-Kindergarten if they will be 4 years old by September 30th.
